The Call server logs can be accessed
from the Element Manager or the PDT
mode ( Problem Determination Tool) .
As PDT is restricted the Element
manager offers the best option.
The Reports are accessed from the
TOOLS / CALL SERVER REPORT
menu item.
Once you are at the screen shown you
can use the buttons on the display to
look at the HEAD and TAIL of the file or
specific records.
